Urah! Canon 100mm f2.8 Macro - Somebody Loves Me!

For larger image click on picture.

I had a just terrible week and was feeling exceptionally low, looking up at whale droppings, and Anita comes in and says, "How about a new lens for Father's Day." OMG! I knew just what I wanted, and we ordered it tonight. This puppy is expensive.

All Anita said was, "Don't drop it." (See my previous post here on the sad story of the death of my 100-300mm.)

Thank you Anita!

Hip! Hip! Hooray!!! Don't drop that lens!!! ;-) I'm looking forward to seeing what you get out of that puppy. I just love when the UPS man knocks at the door. It's like Christmas all over again ... some people never grow up!

Oh, you are going to have a ball with this lens, John. It's one of the lenses I bought for my 5D and it's the one I use the most now. Can't go wrong with that f2.8!
