This is the first I've seen of this particular blog of yours. Took me a little looking around to get the lay of the land....and here, I see where to comment on your featured photo. This is a surprising and dramatic shot of the land and sea....almost surreal in the bright orange color, and effects of the water. Very beautiful and definitely your own painterly interpretation of this magnificent iconic scene.
