This has been a labor of labor :) Hopefully all will find it informative, useful and easy to navigate. There remains some material to be added, notably pricing information and useful links. Otherwise, it is good to go.I had considerable help with format, search engine optimization and editing. I would like to say thanks to all who helped but particularly to Kip Allen, Manu Guerzoni and Anita Mason. Their patience, criticism and other input were invaluable.
