Occasionally I'll Play with Photoshop...

You can see the original image in the post below. I went into Photoshop and used the water color filter. I then fiddled with the colors, brightness, contrast etc unti I got the result I wanted.
Just wait until you get to play with Photoshop more! Take one of those Radiant Vista Inspriational Weekends and learn some PS techniques from Mark Johnson, and you'll be hooked! Then, no image is safe from you!

I wouldn't finish any manuscripts if I went on locations to shoot like you do.
